RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – The Nevada DMV says it will be expanding business hours and walk-in services during the election period.
Customers may visit DMV metro offices without an appointment starting on Oct. 20 between 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday for assistance with voter registration.
The DMV also says it will be extending its hours on Nov. 2 and Nov. 3 from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for those seeking voter registration services.
“Our goal is to help eligible Nevadans access the services they need to participate in the election,” said DMV Director Tonya Laney. “By offering walk-in services and extended hours, we hope to make the process more convenient for customers who need voter registration assistance.”
