LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Police say decades after 68-year-old Herbert Bertram Grossman was found robbed and murdered in his apartment in Las Vegas, his case remains unsolved.
Police say Grossman was killed sometime between November 23 and Nov. 26, 1990. His apartment, then known as the Apple Apartments, had been ransacked, with several belongings missing.

At the time, a witness told investigators a man knocked on Grossman’s door, was let inside, and was never seen leaving.
The visitor was described as a White man, 20 to 30 years old, about 6 feet tall with a medium build and medium-dark hair, last seen wearing a white button-down shirt and Levi jeans.
Investigators believe someone may still remember that person, the missing property, or a detail that could help break the case.
