LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Henderson Police Department reported that it is investigating two separate robberies from Thursday afternoon.
According to a release from HPD, police initially responded to the area of Club Side Drive at approximately 2:40 p.m. While en route, officers received additional information about a second reported robbery in the area of Eastern Avenue and Beckler Drive.
Police said that the suspect fled both scenes before officers arrived. Detectives were called to the scene, assumed the investigation, and are actively investigating the incidents.
Police said the suspect is armed with a handgun and they believe that the two robberies are related. No injuries were reported during either incident.
“We do encourage the public to be vigilant and if they see something say something,” police said in an evening statement.
