LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A new concept in the northwest valley is helping people make more money while repurposing their wardrobe, according to store owners.

Indy Clover holds over 60 booths, which sellers can individually rent for one week at a time, $5 per day.

It’s the first of its kind in Las Vegas, with about 12 other locations throughout the country.

Sellers set up their own booths Saturday morning, and take them down Friday evening. They can fill it with anything, other than food or electronics.

“There’s literally something for everyone, because each booth is a different person, and they’re bringing their stuff from home,” Indy Clover Seller Samantha Bringhurst says.

They set their own prices for their items and keep two-thirds of the profit.

“We’ve tried to sell our clothes at other places, and they’ll give you like 10 bucks for a whole big bin,” Bringhurst says.

Indy Clover Owner Jon Truman says since opening last month, business has boomed.

They currently have about a one-month wait for sellers who are interested in renting a booth, but Truman says cancellations can free up last-minute spots.

Currently, the only location is in the Northwest Valley near the intersection of Craig Road and Interstate 11. Truman says they’re interested in adding another location in Henderson.
