LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Ariva Luxury Residences held a watch party Wednesday for the season premiere of “The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On,” a Netflix dating show that used the apartment complex as one of its filming locations.
Residents and staff gathered to watch the newest episodes and see familiar areas of the property on screen, including the gym, the pool, and the hot tub.

Those who live and work at the complex said they were excited to see their home represented on a national platform.
“I think seeing like big productions and like big things come here just emphasizes just how famous this city really is,” one attendee said. “And to just be, to just feel like a small part of that is really cool.”
Ariva Luxury Residences opened in 2023.
