LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Athletics and the Sacramento Kings have announced that Sutter Health Park will host the A’s for three seasons before a planned move to Las Vegas in 2028. This will be the A’s last season in Oakland.

The A’s will begin playing in West Sacramento at the start of the 2025 MLB season and will continue until their permanent home in Las Vegas is ready to welcome fans, which is projected for Opening Day 2028.

The Sacramento ballpark can hold up to 14,000 fans.

It is unclear if the team will continue to be called the Oakland A’s with the move to Sacramento.

According to the A’s website, ticket and hospitality details have yet to be determined.
