LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — American Airlines announced plans for summer 2027 that give Southern Nevada travelers new one-stop access to Europe.
The new routes offer travelers flying out of Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) one-stop access to six new routes and four new destinations through American’s hubs in (PHL), New York (JFK) and Charlotte (CLT).

“Coming off a summer of celebration, American is growing to offer new destinations and routes, bolstering our premium global route offerings,” said Brian Znotins, senior vice president of network and schedule planning. “Our international network has expanded to offer destinations to satisfy every travel palate. Combined with our investments enhancing our onboard product and inflight experience, travelers have more reasons to choose American when they fly around the world.”
Next summer, American will add three new destinations to its network from Philadelphia: Porto, Portugal (OPO); Reykjavik, Iceland (KEF); and Vienna, Austria (VIE). American will serve Porto and Vienna for the first time, and will offer flights to Reykjavik for the first time since 2019. The new PHL connections give LAS travelers one-stop access to all three destinations.
