LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A Clark County School District employee was arrested for alleged sexual misconduct with a minor.
According to CCSDPD Manuel Ayala-Tovar, 33, was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on Thursday.
Ayala-Tovar was employed at Manuel J. Cortez Elementary School since 2022.
Police say the investigation into the accusations began in Nov. 2024.
Ayala-Tovar has been sent home since the investigation began.
