NORTH LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A potentially dangerous situation ended safely after North Las Vegas police were called to a neighborhood where a toddler was seen wandering alone, officials said.
North Las Vegas Police Department officers responded quickly after an alert resident reported the child in the undisclosed neighborhood.
Police located the toddler and were able to reunite them with their family.

The department said the incident is a reminder of the role the community plays in public safety, thanking the resident for speaking up and recognizing officers for bringing the child home safely.
