LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Downtown Las Vegas is set to receive a major creative boost with plans underway for a new arts and media center on South 3rd Street.
On Wednesday, the Las Vegas City Council approved a conditional reimbursement agreement worth up to $4.2 million for the project.
The initiative will transform a former movie theater into a 52,000-square-foot creative hub featuring a flexible theater space with seating for up to 600 people.
