LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Cowabunga Vegas Waterparks is gearing up for a busy summer and is now hiring for the 2026 season at both Cowabunga Canyon and Cowabunga Bay.
A hiring fair for Cowabunga Bay is scheduled for Friday, June 5, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at 900 Galleria Drive, near Gibson Road.
Applicants should report to the main gate for directions.

While the parks are prioritizing candidates for lifeguard, food and beverage, and 21+ cabana server and bartender roles, organizers say all interested applicants are encouraged to attend, including maintenance, IT, and other specialized roles.
Pay ranges from $12 to $15 per hour, depending on the position and experience.
Employees will receive perks including exclusive staff events, access to both Cowabunga Vegas Waterparks, flexible scheduling, and a fast-paced summer work environment.
Applicants are encouraged to dress professionally. Resumes are appreciated but not required.
Both parks are now open daily for the summer season.
