LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Federal law enforcement officials are looking for a missing nine-year-old girl who they believe may have traveled through Primm.
FBI officials on Tuesday released information on Melodee Buzzard, 9, an at-risk child from Lompoc, California. According to officials, Buzzard and her mother, Ashlee, may have traveled through Primm on or around Oct. 9.
Buzzard is described as 4′6″ tall, 60 lbs., with brown curly hair and brown eyes.

Law enforcement officials said the two were traveling in a white 2024 Chevrolet Malibu. The vehicle had California plates 9MNG101, but was seen on Oct. 8 with a New York license plate: HCG9677.
The last confirmed sighting of Buzzard was on Oct. 9 near the Colorado-Utah border. Surveillance images show that Ashlee and Melodee may be wearing wigs that change their appearance.

Officials are hoping to receive more information on sightings, tips, or videos of the two in Nevada, as well as in Arizona, Utah, and California.
