LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Ferraro’s Ristorante announced the return of its “Summer in Italy” special, a season-long celebration of Italian cuisine featuring summer ingredients prepared by executive chef Mimmo Ferraro.
From Monday, June 15 through Sunday, Aug. 23, guests can order a four-course dinner for $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The menu features Ferraro’s classic dishes, including Osso Buco, house-made pastas, all-natural meats and seafood.

“This time of year, Italian cuisine shifts to lighter and brighter flavors – think zucchini blossoms, seafood pastas, citrus and fresh herbs,” Mimmo said. “We designed the prix fixe menu to feel balanced, with each course perfectly flowing into the next.”
Menu offerings
The dinner includes four courses: antipasti, primi, secondi and dolce. Guests choose one dish from each course.
Antipasti options include zucchini blossoms with ricotta and white wine, chilled roasted veal with tuna sauce and capers, Parma prosciutto with seasonal melon and Stracciatella, burrata with blueberry compote and arugula, shrimp with lemon and cherry tomatoes, and fried squid with mustard sauce.
Primi options include potato dumplings with pistachio pesto, homemade spaghetti with clams, spaghetti with Pachino tomatoes and soft cheese, fettuccine with zucchini and lemon, and a featured ravioli of the day.
Secondi options include salmon with pistachio pesto risotto, breaded chicken breast with bruschetta and cherry tomatoes, veal scaloppine with lemon and white wine, eggplant with mozzarella and tomato sauce, 6-ounce Prime filet mignon with porcini mushroom sauce, and veal shank with saffron risotto for a $14 upcharge.
Dolce options include layered pistachio mousse with walnut crust, two pastry shells with sweetened ricotta and pistachio, tiramisu with mascarpone and espresso, and gelato.
