LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A six-part application of changes and amendments filed by Inspirada Station was approved by the Henderson City Council on Tuesday evening.
The council unanimously approved the application during a council meeting. Specifics include amendments to the design plan, zoning changes, and an increased lot size. A spokesperson from Station Casinos said that the planned resort would fit the city’s master plan for Inspirada Town Center.
That spokesperson also noted that the resort would “highlight desert landscaping” and incorporate colors and textures that blend in with the rest of the Inspirada development area.
The application also included the purchase of 3.6 acres of land, for which Inspirada Station was the sole bidder.
