LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The property manager connected to a Las Vegas “bio lab” has been released, according to an order issued by a Nevada federal judge.

On Saturday, Jan. 31, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, alongside the FBI, served a warrant at an east valley home, where officers discovered refrigerators “containing vials filled with unknown liquids.”

Ori Solomon was arrested and booked for disposing and discharging hazardous waste, according to police. A criminal complaint revealed he also faces a federal charge for owning six firearms and violating the conditions of his visa.

Judge Elayana Youchach says officials are not concerned about Solomon not appearing for his future court dates.

Solomon has been released under these conditions. He has to surrender his passport, cannot have weapons, or travel out of the coutry. If he plans to travel out of Clark County, he must notify the courts.
