Project details
The project will add three new tennis courts and refinish the 10 courts already at the park. Crews will also build a new tennis clubhouse with a check-in area, multipurpose room, restrooms and storage.
Once complete, the complex will be known as the Marty Hennessey Tennis Center at Lorenzi Park.
Starke Contractors will build the project, with TSK Architects serving as the design team. The city’s Public Works Department will oversee construction.
The project is funded through the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act, which uses proceeds from federal land sales in the valley for local community and public land projects.
