An arrest report from North Las Vegas Police Department noted that Sorensen consented to a field sobriety test following the crash. Police claim she was unable to consistently follow with her eyes and was wobbly when trying to walk, but blew a .000 on a breathalyzer.
Judge Kalani Hoo dismissed her case during a hearing on Tuesday, Dec. 10.
FOX5 has reached out to the DA for more information about why the charges were dismissed but has yet to hear back.
