LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Travelers are seeing more than two hours of delays in Las Vegas due to low clouds.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said Harry Reid Airport is experiencing more than two hours of delays due to weather and “low ceilings,” or low clouds. The ground delay notice is issued through 11 p.m. Monday.

Widespread rain is expected throughout the Las Vegas Valley Monday, continuing through the evening. Rainfall amounts in Las Vegas are expected to be about 0.5″ to 1″, the most rain the valley has seen since September.
