LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Las Vegas police are responding to a barricade in the east valley on Thursday night.
Officials with the metro police are working a barricade situation in the 6600 block of Solaron Avenue near Lake Mead and Hollywood boulevards.

The incident appears to be domestic violence-related, according to LVMPD officials.
SWAT has arrived and is working the incident.
Police are asking the public to avoid the area.
