LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The man accused of sexually assaulting a UNLV student will be held without bail for now, a judge ruled during his first court appearance Friday morning in Clark County.
Police said Jordan Grady, 36, broke into the student’s apartment on the morning of April 14 and allegedly sexually assaulted the student before fleeing the scene.

Grady was arrested just before midnight on April 15
Grady is charged with burglary with a deadly weapon, assault and battery, among other offenses.
He is due back in court Tuesday, April 21.
