Filed on October 14, the plea calls for consecutive sentences of 28 years to life on each count in the Nevada Department of Corrections.
Estrada originally pleaded not guilty back on May 18. He has remained in jail since his May 12 arrest following the shooting at the store near Maryland Parkway and Silverado Ranch Boulevard.
Police say Estrada walked into the store, followed the couple down an aisle and opened fire, killing Amanda Frias Rosas, the mother of his two children, and her new husband, Victor Frias Rosas.

He is slated to be sentenced on November 25.
