LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Matter Real Estate Group unveiled plans for its final mixed-use campus at the UnCommons.
The company said surging demand for premium workspace is one of the driving forces behind the project.
The project will bring a mixed-use office and retail building to the west side of the UnCommons. Located on a 1.4-acre site, the three-story building will include 39,262 square feet of office space and 19,804 square feet of retail space.

The ground floor will feature more than 9,900 square feet dedicated to a fitness concept, along with three retail spaces for athleisure and lifestyle tenants. Levels two and three will house office suites.
The building represents the final phase of office space at the $850 million, 40-acre campus in southwest Las Vegas. UnCommons currently encompasses more than 350,000 square feet of office space, 385 luxury residential units and a collection of dining and lifestyle destinations.
The campus is positioned across from Durango Casino and Resort and midway between Summerlin and Henderson along I-215 at Durango Drive.
