LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The man accused of a deadly shooting at Aliante Casino and carjacking multiple people back in March now faces federal charges in a U.S. District Court.

A grand jury indicted Aerion Warmsley on multiple charges related to the carjackings that ensued that morning.

This is in addition to the 28 felony charges he is facing in Las Vegas Justice Court.

Warmsley is set to appear in federal court on May 13 for his arraignment.
