LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — NV Energy is rolling out a new online tool it says can help customers get ready for billing changes coming in 2027.
The company has launched a “Daily Demand” web tool on its MyAccount dashboard and mobile app, giving customers a personalized look at when they use the most power each day and how those peak periods drive their bill under the new rate structure.
NV Energy said its analysis shows most customers should see lower bills on the Daily Demand plan if they understand and manage their high-use times.

The tool is available now for customers who have at least a full year of billing data on the same rate schedule. Customers who have switched plans, such as to time-of-use, may not see a full 12 months of comparisons until enough new data builds up.
Customers can access the daily demand customer web tool by logging into their MyAccount dashboard on the NV Energy website and selecting View Energy Insights on the Daily Demand Annual Comparison tile.
