LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police are investigating after one victim was found dead and multiple others were injured in a Wednesday evening shooting.
According to a report from LVMPD, officers responded to a report of shots being fired in the area of the 200 block of W Chicago just after 5:30 p.m. Upon arriving at the scene, they found one victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. That subject was declared dead.
Police said that multiple other subjects were transported to a nearby hospital with “injuries related to the shooting.” Homicide investigators responded to take over the investigation.
