LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Red Rock Canyon’s Scenic Drive and Visitor Center will be closed Friday morning due to snow, ice on roadways.
Park officials shared the notice in a post on social media Thursday night. A viewer photo shared with FOX5 shows the area covered in snow.
Staff will reevaluate conditions at 12 p.m., according to Red Rock Canyon officials. Closures may be extended depending on road safety.
“The safety of our visitors and staff is our top priority,” officials said.
