LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Nevada Gaming Control Board is set to consider a proposed settlement that could cost Resorts World Las Vegas millions.

According to officials this would address the complaint filed on Aug. 15, 2024 for disciplinary action sought by gaming regulators.

Resorts World looks to resolve the complaint against two illegal bookmakers identified as Mathew Bowyer and Damien LeForbes.

The hotel and casino would pay a fine of $10.5 million.

“The proposed settlement also addresses “wholesale changes” to executive leadership at RWLV [Resorts World Las Vegas],”

The settlement will be discussed on March 27.
