Pinkbox Doughnuts
Enjoy a variety of treats featuring Mexican flavors to celebrate Cinco de Mayo:
- Mango Tango – A glazed raised doughnut filled with mango filling and topped with white whip, chamoy drizzle, tajin, and a dollop of mango with Mexican flag décor
- Mamas Tres Leches – A glazed tres leches cake topped with tres leches whip and sprinkled with cinnamon with Mexican flag décor
- El Guzman Doughcro – A croissant doughnut filled with guava and topped with a sweet cheese rosette, a dollop of guava, and a Mexican flag. It pays tribute to Peter Guzman, president of the Latin Chamber of Commerce and is the only Pinkbox doughnut named after a local community leader.
The Mango Tango will also be featured as the doughnut of the month for May and available from May 1 -31, according to the company.
Lucia Mexican Grill
Lucia is bringing the fiesta this Cinco de Mayo with a lineup of limited-time specials available Friday, May 1, through Tuesday, May 5.
Specials include:
- Appetizer Trio for $12.99, featuring two veggie tamales, two carnitas flautas and mini crispy chicken tacos
- Filet Fajita priced at $10.99 features spiced filet of beef served with sautéed vegetables, grilled corn, potatoes and a flour tortilla
- José Cuervo shots for $3
Grand Prix Plaza
The F1 HUB Lounge is welcoming guests to celebrate the holiday, offering the following food and drink specials:
- “CincoCervezas” bucket of Dos Equis XX — $25
- Mexican Candy Margarita made with tequila, strawberry, watermelon, lime, Firewater bitters and a red salt rim — $18
- also available as a non-alcoholic option
- Dos Tinga Tacos featuring chipotle chicken tinga, pickled onions, Fresno chiles and cotija cheese — $18
