LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The second week of witness testimony is set to begin in the Tupac murder trial Monday morning.
Last week, jurors heard from 18 witness, including former law enforcement officials, former gang members, and the former head of security for Death Row Records.

9:40 a.m.
Court resumes with defense attorney Michael Sanft speaking regarding Friday’s recording. The defense is trying to argue that Friday’s recording has information regarding other crimes that the jury shouldn’t have heard.
Michael Dorsay, who is expected to continue his testimony, returns to the stand before the jury. The judge clarifies the conditions of the recording while Dorsay is on the stand.
10:08 a.m.
Jury returns to the courtroom and reads the limiting instructions to the jurors before continuing with Dorsay’s testimony.
