LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Tupac Shakur murder trial continues in Las Vegas on Tuesday, with more witnesses expected to take the stand.
Duane ‘Keffe D’ Davis is accused of orchestrating the 1996 killing following a Mike Tyson fight on the Las Vegas Strip.

On Monday, the court heard opening statements from the prosecution and the defense, as well as four witnesses.

9:10 a.m.
Court resumes with the rest of the Monday’s recording of an interview Davis had with Fred Miller following the murder of Biggie Smalls.
9:34 a.m.
Thomas Kern is called up as the next witness. He states he had just started at LVMPD as a crime scene analyst when Tupac was murdered.
Says he was there for Tupac’s autopsy. Photos are then shown from that autopsy.
9:40 a.m.
Lisa Gavin takes the stand, medical examiner in Clark County.
States she was not at Tupac’s autopsy 30 years ago but she knows who did the autopsy, saying the doctor has passed away.
Photos from Tupac’s autopsy are shown to Gavin, where she describes some of the injuries and results of being on life support.
