LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Police are looking for possible suspects involved in a deadly shooting Sunday night.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said a male died near a dumpster located in the 5000 block of Maryland Parkway near Tropicana Avenue.
Police received a report of the shooting around 9:53 a.m. When officers arrived, they found the male with a gunshot wound. Medical responded and said he died at the scene.
LVMPD detectives say victim was talking with several individuals before the shooting took place. All of them fled before police could arrive.
“This is an ongoing investigation,” police said. “The identification of the victim, as well as the cause and manner of death, will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.”
