LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The suspect in a Las Vegas road rage attack caught on camera has been arrested in Virgin for the second time.
According to an update on Thursday, Jose Soriano was arrested again on Wednesday, Oct. 2 after being released from custody following his initial arrest in July.
Soriano was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals in coordination with LVMPD and booked into the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center in Leesburg, Virginia.
District Attorney Steven Wolfson provided the following statement:
Soriano is facing charges of coercion, destruction of property, and battery.
