LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Nevada SPCA is asking for the community’s help as it runs low on two critical supplies.
According to the shelter’s social media page, towels are needed for daily care of shelter animals, while dry cat food will help restock its Community Pet Food Pantry supporting local families in need.
Officials say the shelter goes through large numbers of towels daily while caring for shelter pets and is accepting towels of any size.
Dry cat food donations of any brand are also needed to stock its Community Pet Food Pantry. The resource helps support local families in need.
Donations can be made in person or through its Amazon Wishlist.
Other essential items the shelter is in continuing need of include dish soap, detergent, newspaper, cat/dog beds, cat litter, travel carriers for their foster program, and more.
Those looking to donate can drop off items Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Nevada SPCA, located at 5375 Procyon St., Suite 108, near Valley View and Hacienda.
