LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A Las Vegas District Court Judge could dismiss all criminal charges against Margaret Rudin, also known as the Black Widow.

Margaret was convicted in 2001 for the murder of her husband, Ron Rudin.

In 2022, the U.S. District Court Judge vacated her conviction.

Margaret was released on parole nearly 20 years into serving her life sentence.

Two years later Rudin filed a wrongful conviction lawsuit against the State of Nevada.

A hearing is scheduled on Monday Dec. 9 where the judge could dismiss all criminal charges against her.
