LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police said a battery victim has life-threatening injuries.

Metro received a report of the incident Tuesday morning at 7:43 a.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of East Sahara Avenue, near Maryland.

Police said the victim was transported to Sunrise Hospital with life-threatening injuries. No one is in custody.

Police did not immediately confirm if they are seeking a suspect.

“This is an ongoing investigation,” police said.
