LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A veteran-owned cleaning company wants to help senior veterans in need.
Vegas Elite Cleaners is offering a one-time free cleaning service in an effort to make homes clean, safe and healthy.
“I know how important it is to care for our older generation, and it’s the least I can do,” said Patrick Baja owners of Vegas Elite Cleaners.
75-year-old Barbara Anderson and her husband, 90, have limited abilities to move around.
Robert Anderson has experienced two major falls the past few years while Barbara just recently had hip surgery.
“We’re kind of beat up here, and it’s getting a bit much to take care of this place,” said Robert Anderson.
That’s when Baja takes over.
“I gathered volunteers off Facebook and Instagram. Four ladies were kind enough to offer to help. We cleaned the whole house in a couple of hours,” he said.
Baja, who is close to the veterans, community added “It’s the least I can do.”
