LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Long before Planet Hollywood was a hotel-casino, it was a restaurant at the Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace.
On this date in history, July 24, 1994, it celebrated its grand opening and welcomed the likes of Sylvester Stallone. Although the casino and the restaurant shared the same brand, they were not affiliated.
The eatery remained a mainstay of the Forum Shops for nearly 30 years, but ultimately closed permanently in May of 2023.
