LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — North Las Vegas police have identified a suspect for a deadly December shooting.
Police accuse Jairo Garcia, 34, for a shooting that happened in the 3200 block of Lillis Avenue, near Carey Avenue and Pecos Road. Police said overnight on Dec. 30, officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
Police say he was taken to UMC where he later died. The suspect fled before police could arrive.
Tuesday, police say they arrested Garcia for open murder with a deadly weapon.
