LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) is investigating a crash involving a pedestrian along the Las Vegas Strip Friday morning.
The incident was reported just after 9 a.m. at the 3600 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard, near Flamingo Road, authorities said.

According to LVMPD, the pedestrian was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. The driver also struck a nearby structure during the incident.
Police said the driver remained at the scene and showed no signs of impairment.
