LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Police responded to a shooting at the north end of the Las Vegas Strip Saturday morning.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department was called out around 8:15 a.m. to the 1800 block of South Main Street. Police say one person was struck and was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Sources tell FOX5 the person shot is an Atomic Golf employee.
Police say the suspect is now barricaded “in a nearby hotel property.” There is currently a large police and SWAT presence near Main Street and Las Vegas Boulevard.
