LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — After a more than 30-year hiatus, WrestleMania has made it back-to-back years for its return to Las Vegas.

The event brought fans from around the world to the valley.

Miriam Romero said she has been a John Cena fan for years and a WWE fan for a few. She said she got a John Cena item for her 20th birthday and is now 31, marking 11 years.

Julia Wood said she got into wrestling 14 years ago when she started dating her partner. “It just makes him so happy and we make the belts and we get all into it and we do the whole 9 yards,” Wood said.

Alejandro Arciga said bringing his son Alexander to the event takes him back. “It brings the kid out of me again. It’s just childhood memories for him and us,” Arciga said.

Rasit Karakayali traveled from the Netherlands. He said he came to the United States in 2022 and wanted to attend WrestleMania. He attended WrestleMania in Los Angeles in 2023, and this is his fourth in a row.

Last year’s WrestleMania created record-breaking numbers, becoming the most-watched WrestleMania of all time.

Alexander Arciga said all the fans love the energy and everybody loves wrestling and the passion for it.

Brian Jorden said Las Vegas is the entertainment capital of the world. “This is something that has needed to come here since 93 and it hadn’t. And when it did last year, it was just, it fits. It fits this city so well,” Jorden said. He said the strip and all the entertainment that comes with it is amazing.
