LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – An 18-year-old woman was arrested in connection with a January shooting, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police announced.
Prseyus Dennis was arrested in connection with the Jan. 2 shooting in the 2200 block of Torrey Pines Drive, near Smoke Ranch Road.
That night, officers located a male inside of an apartment suffering from a gunshot wound. Medical arrived and said he died.
While on scene, officers said they were notified of another male who transported himself to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police were able to determine that the male was related to the shooting inside the apartment.
The LVMPD homicide section then took over the investigation.
Detectives learned that several subjects, including both males, were in the apartment at the time of the shooting. All subjects related to this incident left before police could arrive.
Dennis was booked into the Clark County Detention Center for open murder with a deadly weapon, robbery with a deadly weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery.
Records show that Dennis is one of four suspects in the shooting. Warrants have been issued for Javier Galvan, David Andres Valle and Dewey Arredondo, according to court records.
Dennis has a bail hearing set for Thursday morning, according to court records.
