LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A Las Vegas police officer faces multiple charges of domestic violence, Metro Police announced.
Officials with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said Jeremiah Jordan was arrested and booked into the Clark County Detention Center Friday. He faces one charge of domestic violence assault with a deadly weapon, three charges of domestic violence coercion with threat of physical force and one count of domestic battery.
Metro Police said Jordan has been employed with the department since 2023. He was assigned to the Community Safety Division with the Enterprise Area Command.

Police said he will be placed on suspension of police powers pending the investigation.
According to Las Vegas Justice Court records, his initial appearance is set for Monday morning.
