LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A Clark County grand jury has indicted the gunman involved in the deadly shooting that killed a couple inside a Smith’s grocery store last month.

Alejandro Alfonso Estrada was indicted on 13 counts total, according to the document, including two counts of murder, nine counts of discharging a weapon into an occupied structure, one count of home invasion with a deadly weapon, and one count of burglary while in possession of a firearm.

These charges are in connection to the shooting deaths of Amanda Frias-Rosas and Victor Frias-Rosas on May 12. Police say the two were married and employees at the Smith’s, and Amanda was going through a custody hearing with Estrada prior to the shooting.

According to the indictment, the home invasion and burglary charges are related to a separate incident at Amanda and Victor’s home before the shooting.

This indictment comes as Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department also released two more body-worn camera videos showing their response to the shooting. One video shows police discovering the victims inside the story, and a trail of bullet casings leading up to their bodies.

Another shows officers clearing the store, finding frazzled customers and employees alike, including one woman who hid in the store’s bathroom.

Estrada is due back in court on Monday, June 29, but this court date may change in light of indictment.
