LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Sam’s Town is betting on a new crowd-pleaser with the debut of STG Bar & Grill, a gastropub-style restaurant bringing classic American comfort food and an upscale bar scene to the property.
Casinos officials announced the opening on Tuesday, with the new restaurant offering a mix of classic American dishes in a modern setting in the space that combines rustic finishes with contemporary design elements.
The venue includes a full-service restaurant, a 21-seat bar and a 14-seat private dining room.
Boyd Gaming said the concept builds on the popularity of its other Valley gastropubs, including Bailiwick All American Pub + Eatery at The Orleans, 90 Ninety Bar + Grill at Suncoast, and more.
Additional gastropub concepts are planned for Fremont Hotel & Casino and Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa.
