LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Museum of Ice Cream Las Vegas and Universal Horror Unleashed will co-host an exclusive preview screening of the horror comedy film “Theater is Dead” on Friday, July 10, at AREA15.
The evening will begin with a VIP event at Museum of Ice Cream Las Vegas from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., where the cast will walk a pink carpet. The screening will follow at Universal Horror Unleashed, with a Q&A segment featuring the film’s director and cast.

“Theater is Dead” is a horror comedy that follows Willow, a small-town dreamer who becomes captivated by Matthew, a celebrated theater director who promises to help her find her voice. The film was written and directed by Katherine Dudas.
The film has screened at several festivals, including Fantastic Fest, Fantaspoa and the Newport Beach Film Festival, where it won the Top Horror Selection award.
The screening will take place at Premiere House inside Universal Horror Unleashed. Attendees will have access to hand-crafted cocktails and themed menu items.
