NORTH LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Several people were sent to the hospital following a multi-vehicle crash in North Las Vegas Friday afternoon.
The incident was reported just before 3 p.m. at the intersection of North Martin Luther King Boulevard and West Gowan Road, North Las Vegas Police said in an email.

Officials said several people were injured and taken to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment. The severity of the injuries was not released.
The intersection saw temporary traffic disruptions as first responders helped those involved and investigators worked the scene, but it has since reopened.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation, and additional details will be released as they become available.
