LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Ferraro’s Ristorante is inviting guests to explore one of Italy’s lesser-known wine regions at its next Taste & Learn event.
According to the release, the event will take place on Saturday, August 29, at 5 p.m., featuring wines from Grosjean.
Taste & Learn is the restaurant’s monthly wine-tasting series pairing guided education with Italian small plates from executive chef Mimmo Ferraro.

Guests will taste four Grosjean wines: Petite Arvine, Gamay, Pinot Noir, and Torrette, Aosta Valley’s signature red blend. Each will be matched with a complementary dish, including scallop crudo with orange and fennel, mixed mushroom tart, roasted beet risotto with goat cheese, and veal loin stuffed with prosciutto cotto and fontina.
Tickets are $150 per person, including tax and gratuity.
