LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A Las Vegas judge is expected to hand down a sentence for the woman accused of shooting and killing a man during a photoshoot last year.
In June, Allysandra Blea pleaded guilty to first-degree kidnapping and involuntary manslaughter in connection with the deadly shooting of Mark Gaughan.
Police say Blea, who was 20 at the time, shot and killed Gaughan during a photoshoot at a home near Washington Avenue and Decatur Boulevard in August 2025.

In an arrest report, officers said they found two Polaroid photos that appeared to show Blea holding a firearm and another girl holding a knife at the scene.
Blea initially told detectives that the shooting was accidental and she didn’t know the gun had a live round in the chamber, but according to the report, police later found online messages from Blea that read, “I wish I could shoot people with real guns and get away with it.”
Blea faces up to five years for the kidnapping charge, and up to four years for the involuntary manslaughter charge. A judge has yet to decide if those sentences may be served concurrently.
All other charges will be dismissed at sentencing, based on Blea’s plea agreement.
She is due in court at 9:30 a.m.
