LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A firefighter was transported to the hospital after responding to a fire Friday night on Eastern Avenue near the 215 beltway.
Officials with the Clark County Fire Department said the fire happened just after 9 p.m. at 9040 Eastern Avenue. Henderson Fire also assisted. Arriving crews said they saw smoke coming from the building’s roof.
Crews said a search began to ensure the building was unoccupied while working to extinguish the fire.
Officials say the fire has been extinguished. No civilians were treated or transported. A firefighter was transported to the hospital for a non-life-threatening injury.
CCFD says the cause of the fire is under investigation.
